Travel Policy Agreement
 
By sending your deposit or payment to A True Italian Experience (from hereafter referred to as ATIE), you understand the following:
  • ATIE does not give refunds (for deposit or balance)
  • All payments to ATIE must be made by personal check, money order, or bank check. No credit cards accepted.
  • Clients are expected to purchase travel insurance. See Travel Insurance link.
  • Airfare is not part of the tour; however, ATIE may secure low group airline rates (for groups of 10 or more) and offer to make reservations and payment for air using credit card information supplied by client.
  • ATIE is not responsible for any conjunction tickets should there be a change or cancellation.
  • When ATIE is handling the airline reservations for clients, ATIE reserves the right to change airlines without notification based on obtaining either better rates or travel times for the group as a whole.

I understand that I must purchase travel insurance on my own and I agree not to take any legal action against ATIE should I not be able to participate in my travel plans or for any reason whatsoever.
